But when I disable the addon I can call the /help/bb-codes/ page without any issues. https://www.mydomain.com/help/bb-codes/ When the addon is active, I get HTTP ERROR 500 with this error in the ACP: what else could cause this error?

definitely, the addon causes the Error on XenForo 2.3.6 After deactivating the addon the issue is is no longer there. Please update the addon. Thanks
