Feature Request Disclaimer and Acknowledgement addon

Can you please Consider making a addon the built in RM functionality for adding disclaimer text on all RM pages and own resouraces and requiring acknowledgement by clicking agreement (with initial download and any time the disclaimer is edited) before members are able to download/link to RM resources.
