I guess the Phrase for mh_tag_likes.hidden is missing on version 2.3.4

excuse me if i'm asking in wrong place.
[HIDE}
get "unhidden" only when user click on "Thumb up" but do not get visible when user choose another emoji "Love" or "Haha" as example.
or maybe i do something wrong or "Thumb up" is must?
